Taking you along with me on our farm, introducing you to our lovely animals, and bringing you into our lives has been nothing but a pleasure. However, just as the seasons change, so do our priorities. While our farm, fiber, and furry friends will continue on, our special podcast is coming to a close. This episode is a look at how Greg and I came to the decision to say ‘goodbye’, and how we all can deal with our own personal seasons of change.
Show Notes & Episode Transcript
In this last episode Lisa and Greg reflect on the conclusion of their podcast, expressing mixed feelings about its end. Greg acknowledges his initial intimidation and eventual enjoyment of the reflective conversations, while Lisa highlights the significant workload she faced in organizing and producing episodes. They discuss the evolution of their discussions from new and challenging to routine and familiar. Lisa emphasizes the importance of the conversations over the final product, and they both appreciate the documented legacy for their children. What a wonderful experience, they both conclude, with gratitude for their listeners.

Our animals work year round to grow the most exquisite fibers because we’re the only commercial source of guanaco fiber in the US. Spinners, knitters, and natural fiber wearers, we can’t wait for you to touch the softness.
Congratulations on the transition to another state of being. I’ve enjoyed listening to the transition you made from California to Washington and all the learning, joys and sorrows that encompassed. Welcome to the unfolding of the next season of your life. Maybe it be filled with sweetness, kindness, and joyful moments of love.
